What is Veo?
Simply put: Veo is a camera that can record your games in 4k, and with its AI, identify key moments in your games, allow you to edit, download and share analytics with your players and families.
How to request Veo Camera for a game?
The club has two Veo cameras for use by the Select teams and if available, for Recreational teams.
The goal is to share the camera evenly across the Select teams throughout the season.
It is available for tournaments and league games.

To Operate the Camera

Prerequisites
Download the Veo app from the Apple App store of the Google Play store. Icon should be similar to the above.
Activate and login to your Veo account. Your account should have been setup by the Veo admin. You need to setup your password etc..
Allow permissions to use the app.
Camera Operation
Press the power button on your Veo Cam for 2-3 seconds to turn on the camera. Wait for the first status light to be solid, and the camera is now ready to connect.
Open the Veo Camera app.
Connect to your Veo Cam 2.
Click the “Enable preview to record and live stream” button.
When prompted with a message to join the Veo Wifi network, click on Join. This will allow the connection between the Veo Camera app and the Veo Cam 2 preview.
Once you get to the camera’s preview, you will see the “Start Recording” option at the bottom.
Tap on this option, and your Veo Cam 2 will start capturing the action on the pitch.
When the game or training session is finished, reconnect to the camera via the Camera app and press the red button again to stop recording. You will then have the option to give the recording a name and save it. The recording file will now be saved as a timestamp in your recordings list. You are now ready to upload the recording file to your computer.
To power down the device. Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds. The first status light will start flashing, indicating that is entering shutdown mode. It could take up to 30 seconds for the device to shutdown.
Uploading the Video
When you get home, turn the device on (by holding the power button for 2-3 seconds) and waiting for a solid green light.
On the camera preview, click on the three dots on the upper right corner of the screen.
Go to Camera settings
Scroll down and go to Internet service
Tap on the option Network wi-fi (on iOS) and Network connection (on Android)
You will have the option to add new network, click the + sign
Now you will see a list of nearby networks
Select your preferred wi-fi network and enter the wi-fi password
When the connection is successful, you will see a checkmark next to the wi-fi name under My networks
When the device is connected to the wifi, the second status light will be solid green.
When an upload starts, the second status light will start to flash. When the upload completes, the second status light will be solid green. This could take 2 to 3 hours to upload one game.
